Sequencing Only Service

Service description:
For pre-made libraries submitted by customer, quality control (Qubit & qPCR & Bioanalyzer) is performed and QC result is provided to customer.
After that libraries are sequenced using various Illumina sequencing strategies ranging from PE50 to PE300 bp.

Sample requirement:
qPCR concentration ≥ 5nM
Volume ≥ 20μl
Qubit concentration ≥ 1ng/μl
Dimer rate ≤ 0.5%
