Nanopore Platform

Direct mRNA Sequencing:

· No reverse transcription and no amplification steps, full-length transcript is directly sequenced by Nanopore platform.

· Methylation modification sites such as m6A, m5C and psudouridine can be detected.

· Other transcriptomic profiles such as alternative splicing, fusion gene and new isomers can also be analyzed.

Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing:

With advantages of high throughput and long read, combined with unique technology of Nanopore, methylation information within the whole genome can be captured without the need of bisulfite processing beforehand.
