16S/18S/ITS Sequencing

Service description:
Short hypervariable regions such as 16S/18S/ITS within the genome are amplified by PCR and are subsequently ligated with Illumina adaptors to be ready-for-sequencing libraries.
After that libraries are sequenced using Illumina PE250 or PE300 bp sequencing strategy.

Sample requirement:
Amount ≥ 50ng
Concentration ≥ 5ng/μl
Volume ≥ 10 μL
A260/280 = 1.8-2.0
