Service Process:

For PCR cloning, provision of original construct sequences (with insert sequence and cloning site highlighted) and final construct sequences (with insert sequence, cloning site highlighted) are required.

For Mutagenesis, provision of template name, sequence of the template, resistance of the template and final plasmid's name after mutagenesis, sequence after mutagenesis are required.
