Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing

Service description:
gDNA submitted by customer are examined for quality and are fragmented for library preparation.
Subsequently sodium bisulfite converts the unmethylated cytosines into uracils.
After that exome libraries are sequenced using Illumina PE150 bp sequencing strategy.

Sample requirement:
Amount ≥ 200ng
Concentration ≥ 10ng/μl
Volume ≥ 20 μL
A260/280 = 1.8-2.0
